How does Coach Finders work?
Simply choose the size of coach hire you require, complete an enquiry form providing as much detail as possible, and you will then receive your quote directly from one our leading London coach providers.
Is it a London based service?
Yes, our coach providers and operators are usually based in the London area, and your coach hire journey must be either entirely within the London / M25 area, or going to or from the London area.
I'm not sure of the exact numbers yet?
That's fine, just give a close estimate of the number of passengers which the coach provider can use as a guide for initial quote purposes. You can then confirm the exact number with them as soon as you are able to, if you decide to proceed and make a booking.
Best option for a tight budget?
'Standard' coaches are usually the preferred choice when costs need to be kept to a minimum and no particular on-board facilities are required. Most modern coaches of all levels now come with full air conditioning and are perfectly comfortable.
How do we pay?
All arrangements and payments must be agreed directly between you and the coach provider you proceed with (if you accept their quote), and they will advise you on what method of payment they take along with their terms. Please check and confirm all details with them directly.
What about extra pick-up points?
This must be agreed in advance with your coach provider. As a general rule extra pick-up and drop-off points can incur a higher cost, so if possible try to keep them to a minimum or at least along the main route to avoid unnecessary detours.
Will there be enough luggage space?
Modern coaches are designed with large luggage holds which are built to provide ample passenger storage space, and trailers can sometimes be used if required (such as for large group airport transfers etc). Always include your group luggage details in your enquiry if applicable to ensure there will be enough space.
How much leg room is there?
This will depend on the level of coach that you hire. Executive coach hire is aimed at users who require a higher standard of coach, which normally includes increased leg room and general overall comfort.
